I bought these bins based on a review by another buyer who stated she'd purchased them in which to store fat quarters. With that review, I purchased them for the same reason. After folding the fat quarters into manageable pieces, I was able to put all of my fat quarters into 2 big bins and 2 small. The big one holds 4 rows of folded fat quarters. I also like the fact that I'm storing cotton in linen.
Because I ordered 10 packages, I also used these bins for storing office supplies, technical cords, jewel cases, etc. They are great. They fit into my cabinets with no problem and are easy to pull out and put in.

I found these to be rather flimsy for my purposes. Maybe they would work well for a college student, but I needed something more sturdy. I returned them and went with the Tribeca line at another store. If Amazon would sell storage items of that caliber, I would purchase them from Amazon. I also purchased some steel reinforced fold-able material boxes. Again, if Amazon would carry them I would purchase them here.
I hope they will consider carrying higher quality storage items in the future as this Rubbermaid style of container is neither durable nor very versatile, even at this low price.

First off, this is a 2-pack and the bins are two different sizes which is not apparent from the product description. They are 14 x 13 x 5.25" and 12.5 x 11.5 x 4". Which is actually fine for me. I really like these bins and they are a nice addition to my wonderful Rubbermaid Configurations closet that I totally love. I use them to hold those miscellaneous small items that end up in my closet. I am ordering more for my daughter's closet because when we install her Rubbermaid closet we will be getting rid of her dresser and will use these bins to hold her socks, underwear, and other small items.Customer Review: Perfect, sturdy storage containers. These bins come in a 2 pack. They are not the same size but this is a good thing. They match perfectly with the configurations kit and accessories. Highley recomended for the storage of socks and undergarmets for the smaller one, and the bigger one is perfect for holding your favorite summer tanks or tee's, pajamas, or anything else you like. They are sturdy, and best of all, compleatly flexible. They will arive completly flat, don't worry. I ordered 3 packs (6 bins) and am very pleased with them. I ordered them to store folded "fat quarters". The bins, though soft-sided, have a firm plastic bottom that holds the entire bin up solid. They are different sizes but I'd read that in the description and knew what I was buying. They will sit on shelves in my quilt room and display my fat quarters beautifully. Great price for a quality product. I'm pleased! A note to quilters - as an added bonus the bins come in very strong, flat plastic bags with snaps -- great WIP bags!
