I bought this for the hall closet that I already had the Configurations shelving installed in. Its is plenty big to put 6 pair of shoes. Just enough to keep by the garage door.
Before the shoes piled up and next thing you know there were 20 pair of shoes being tripped over by the door. Now we keep just 3 pair each by the door in the hall closet and the rest go upstairs where I've installed them floor to ceiling in the master closet.
