Customer Review: Have a set that were great-This set has tops that will not seal-very disappointed

I was given a set just like this one for Christmas. Over the course of the year some of my pieces have been taken home with left overs and have not been returned. I wanted to add to my set so that I could purge my old plasticware. I love the stacking component of this product, which is why I enjoyed it so much.
However, I will not order another of this product and would not recommend it. I believe that the first run of this product were top-knotch, but as the Rubbermaid Company must have outsourced it to keep up with demand, so the quality control has been ignored.
This set is worthless and useless. The lids do not fit proberly and they leak if turned sidewards in transit to work.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I'm very happy with these containers. To be fair, I haven't tried to microwave them yet, but I typically microwave on plates, not containers. I love that these are BPA-free. Especially since as one reviewer said, BPA is most dangerous when heated - and I throw these in the dishwasher and sometimes microwave a lot! I highly recommend this set for anyone. Who wants dangerous chemicals leaching into your food?
As far as the cabinet space, I find these to be very efficient. They stack easily, as promised. Also, I'm happy with the various sizes. I love the little ones for salad dressing and other condiments when you brown bag it to work or school, and there are larger sizes for leftovers, veggies, etc. Very happy with these and glad to know that they're BPA-free.

While on the hunt for tupperware that would be small enough to carry a single serving of dressing or a dip, I came across this set. It included two of the small 1/2 cup containers I wanted, and the price was too good to pass up.
So far it has been great, the lids all snap together and are interchangeable on most of the containers (yay for not searching for that one lid). I've had no troubles with the containers in the microwave, they're holding up well. I actually tossed one in the freezer the other day and it was fine. I've even heated red sauce and there was no staining as previous reviews have indicated. The lids also get a great seal - no spills so far.

We've been using these for about a month now, and the only drawback is that the plastic containers will bubble and pit in the microwave, especially with oil-based gravies. After one occurrence, we no longer use them in the microwave. Other than that, the easy-find lid system is extremely versatile, since lids are generally shared by multiple container sizes. The .5-c. size is the only one with a dedicated lid size. The 1.25 and 2-c. sizes (5" x 5") share a common lid; the 3, 5 and 7-c. sizes (7" x 7") share common lids as well. For the price, and the mix of sizes, this set is a real bargain. We bought 2 sets, but we've not yet had to use the second one, even after Thanksgiving.Customer Review: Love them .... not the price

I bought these to replace the 'disposable' ziplock containers I had for more years than I want to count and like the idea of the interchangeable lid system. I absolutely love this product. Pieces store very effiecently. I paid $14 and some change the first time I purchased on Amazon.... then a couple weeks ago I purchased the same 24 piece set for $11.... now they are back up to over $18???? I love the convenience of shopping and research that Amazon offers AND added to that no shipping charges.... but if you are out, do shop for best price. Walmart had this set for $10 last week ... and I bought a couple of sets for my daughter. Still a verry good product in the end!!!
