I probably have bought a defective set but when i packed some sauce in the container, and knocked it down accidentally. the lid could not hold the container well enough and the sauce got all leaked out. Also, if i carry liquid in these containers in my lunch bag, the liquid sometimes seeps out of the container. Then my whole lunch bag gets smelly and wet. I am not sure if that is from microwaving and the plastic lids got reformed and cannot hold the container as snugly as they should. But if you get them, dont bring them around.Customer Review: Can be sloppy storage also as in putting in warm

leftovers - second set on top - seals together - then when a child removes from fridge - out 'both' come - lids come loose and all over the floor with a very sad child standing there - and when using in freezer - may come loose - hit floor and edges break - You're out the base containers -
As to setting/snapping 'easy Find' lid on bottom while eating from bowl - great idea - but think about it - the inside of the lid is what touches your lap or the surface you set it on. Good test - buttered popcorn.

I love this line of Rubbermaid storage containers. I own two of these sets and several of the larger containers that are sold separately. The lids truly do snap together, by size, so they are a breeze to store compactly and then locate when you need them. The bowls also all fit nicely inside one another, again compactly. Plus they stack nicely in the refrigerator. And the Rubbermaid quality is there, as well, with good construction and a nice, tight, leak-proof seal. I'm sure these will last me for a very, very long time.Customer Review: Great product!

I bought these storage containers to replace ones that I have had for years which were discolored. I love the see-through quality they have, the way they nest in each other, and the ability to use one lid for several sizes. I don't really see the benefit of snapping the lid on the bottom but I guess this could be a good feature for some.
The containers hold a good amount and the lids snap on securely. I am pleased that they are microwave-safe.
These containers are a reasonably priced fine product!

Such a great price ($10) I couldn't resist. My mom and sister already have these. I better put my initials on them or something! The item came missing 4 lids. I called rubbermaid who immediately remedied the situation. Their telephone line is extremely quick without all the annoying things you have to enter and wait for and the rep. was awesome and helped me settle the issue in a way that was fair. I highly recommend the product and the company. Will be buying more of their products in the future!!
