Customer Review: Great mop head, bad handle

This is a GREAT mop, but the handle does not stay straight. I received my mop in the mail, adjusted it to length, and started mopping. The handle would not stay long. It continued to fall to the short position. I called the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. Unfortunetly the replacement does the same thing. There is something wrong with the tightening feature on the handle. I had to use duct tape to keep the handle together in the middle when I mop. The concept of this mop is great though. It's great for tile floors and people with pets. It picks up hair and you can just rinse it in the sink. It rinses well, doesnt hold the dirt, and floors dry really fast. The company just needs to make the handle stronger. Make sure you soak the mop head in water before using. Keep it damp and mop anytime you need to!
